Double your SNAP EBT dollars at New Mexico farmers’ markets

The program is called Double Up Food Bucks. It provides people who participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) with a FREE match for what they spend using their EBT card at the farmers’ market.

Yes, FREE match! If they spend $20 from their EBT card, they get $20 FREE to spend on produce that same day. If they spend $40, they get $40 for FREE produce. Some markets may have daily limits, but you get the idea.

There are 33 markets around the state participating in the program. You can find a list of participating at, or see the attached list.
