“Leadership Las Cruces offers its participants the opportunity to learn about the incredible diversity of the economic arena that we live in and how important it is that they all work together,” said Rob Richardson, past graduate and Leadership Steering Committee chair. “Whether you have been here three months or 30 years, I guarantee you will learn something you did not know about this amazing place we live and work.”
On the same day as their graduation, around a dozen participants of this program dropped off around 20 sleeping bags, some tents, heavy socks, sleeping pads, and lots of toilet paper, as well as a couple of generous checks. All these items will be a great help to our homeless this winter, keeping them safe and warm through the cold months so that our agency can offer them all the services we provide here at MVCH.
THANKS TO THE GREATER LAS CRUCES CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND LEADERSHIP LAS CRUCES FOR SUPPORTING THE HOMELESS IN OUR CITY!
