I met Claudia while participating in a training at St Luke’s Healthcare Clinic on managing chronic illness. She was so enthousiastic about coming out to Camp to bring food and asked what else she and her friends could do for our residents. Last Saturday evening she and her friends brought out baked chicken red enchiladas mixed veggies refried beans and homemade mac and cheese and tons of cupcakes. A home cooked meal is always a treat and the homeless definitely enjoyed it on cool fall evening.
